This talented author counts six of her stories used, over and over, without her permission by David Boyer and at least five other stories she had nothing to do with where he attached her name to them.

That, is one seriously angry individual.
Hope everything starts to fall into place for her very, very soon.
Wow, this whole situation is making her so sick. I hope the case goes through quickly so everyone he's hurt by stealing can finally have peace. Stay strong Rick.
For some reason, I can't see the video, and I really, really want to. Can you post the youtube link?
I'm sorry to hear that things are not going well on many fronts. No help from this plagiarist issue. Target shooting is definitely a stress reliever for me.
I can understand her fury. So far she leads with the most stories stolen, not to mention her name used.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
I don't get any sound on the video...Going to try the YouTube link.
Hey man -- it's an honest mistake on my part once I knew I took the links and made them private until I rework the book and get the replacement for the story. I was wondering if I can buy the story if that's cool. I didn't know it was yours and a guy is helping me figure out if he plagiarized another story in Issue 6. I am trying to figure out which book I have in that title that has the original pdfs so I can redo the inside of the books body. Don't sue me because I am innocent in all of this too. The Rusty Nail is misinformed about me and a sad little cunt when she chases my blogs around from blog to blog and does a feed of all my blogs like she's obsessed with me for some reason. She actually cost me a few sales on a magazine and a publishing house. As a peace offering I will send you Issue 12 of the magazine when it's finished. I should have did some checking about Byron's history. I had no idea he pulled this stunt until today.
Hello G. Thanks so much for your support, and with the filing Friday, everything is going straight ahead.
Hi Christina! Just got back in town- and back on the case again. I'll be around to visit your blog after I get settled.
Hello Christine. I hope the hyperlink we added will help you to see the video. People don't get to see the effect of such things on the victim.
Charles, things are really going forward rapidly, and I'll publish about that next post. It's good news.
Hello Nickolaus! Sorry to take so long to get back to you on this, but I've been at a martial arts conference all weekend.
And I'm sorry that you were one of his victims, too.
Thank you so very much for reacting professionally and expeditiously. I'll be in touch with you tomorrow after I get settled in after the long road trip.
As parodied from Antoine Dodson's "Bed Intruder," here's a perfect little tune for Boyer:
"He's climbing in your stories,
trying to snatch up your plotlines,
so you better hide your name, hide your books,
hide your name, hide your books,
'cuz he's raping copyrights out here.
You don't have to come and confess
'cuz we're looking for you;
we're gonna find you,
we're gonna fine you,
so you can run and tell that,
run and tell that,
run and tell that, homeboy,
home, home, homeboy."
Middle Ditch, you sound like I feel!
Jane, I really, really, like the way you think.
